The Judicial Branch interprets the laws. It decides the meaning of laws and if the law breaks the rules of the Constitution. The U.S Supreme Court, the highest court in the U.S, is part of the Judicial Branch. The Supreme Court is made up of 9 judges called justices who are nominated by the president and are confirmed by the Senate.
